Galaxy International Convention Center (GICC) is Asia's most iconic and advanced MICE destination — is a world class event venue featuring 40,000 sqm of total flexible MICE space that can cater for up to 8,500 banquet guests, or cocktail parties for as many as 12,000 guests. The Venetian Macao Congress and Exhibition Center is divided into the ground floor, the main floor, and the upper floor, totaling three levels; and is divided into four parts: The first part is the multi-purpose performance venue that can accommodate 15,000 people - The Venetian Arena; the second part is Cotai Expo, which features six large exhibition halls, grouped into two levels with three halls per level; the third part is The Venetian Banquet Halls, which can be divided into 12 smaller banquet halls as needed; and the fourth part is the Conference Rooms, with a total of eight conference rooms spread over two levels.
Cotai Expo Cotai Expo spans an area of 800,000 square feet (approximately 75,000 square meters), divided into six exhibition halls labeled A, B, C, D, E, and F. Each set of three exhibition areas is arranged on one floor, distributed across the first and third floors of The Venetian Macao Congress and Exhibition Center, with halls A-C located on the first floor and halls D-F on the third floor. The exhibition halls on each floor can be combined to form two large exhibition halls, and both floors have elevators connecting the upper and lower levels, allowing for the hosting of large-scale exhibitions with the same theme across both levels. The area of the six exhibition halls ranges from the smallest at 9,300 square meters to the largest at 14,000 square meters; the combined area of the three upper halls is approximately 37,315 square meters, and the area of the three lower halls is approximately 37,367 square meters, with a total exhibition area of approximately 74,682 square meters when both the upper and lower six halls are utilized. When events are held at The Venetian Arena, some exhibition halls of Cotai Expo may be temporarily converted into parking lots for the convenience of the audience.
The Venetian Banquet Halls The Venetian Banquet Halls are suitable for hosting various business meetings, press conferences, and receptions; the banquet halls are located on the third floor of The Venetian Macao Congress and Exhibition Center, covering an area of 72,360 square meters, and can be divided into twelve smaller banquet halls labeled A through L as needed.
Conference Rooms The conference rooms located on the first floor and the basement level together provide approximately 15,223 square meters of activity space. The first floor features four medium-sized conference rooms named 'Naples', 'Sicily', 'Florence', 'Milan', and one conference hall; the basement level features three medium-sized conference rooms named 'Verona', 'Turin', 'Capri'. The conference hall on the first floor is divided into four small conference rooms, each with an area of 63 square meters, while the other conference rooms can be divided into 12 to 14 small conference rooms, with each small conference room ranging from the smallest at 53 square meters to the largest at 117 square meters. The seven banquet halls on the two levels can provide up to 92 small conference rooms at most. The flexible meeting and exhibition facilities can be easily adapted to meet the needs of events of different scales.
