Early Bird Offer: Exhibitors will receive a 20% discount on the above prices for completed application of booth space before June 30.
Application Deadline: 15 August, 2025
The Organizers reserve the final right to adjust the participation fee should the need arise.

Booking Procedure

Following the organizer's review, confirmation and activation of the exhibitor account will be communicated via email. Unsuccessful applications will not be notified.
Booth arrangements as per your company's application will be notified via email.
Upon confirmation of the booth allocation, please reply via email. The organizer will then send the exhibition contract, payment notice, and other documents.
Exhibitors must sign the contract with company seal and pay 100% of the exhibition fee immediately.
Confirmation is contingent upon receipt of the payment. All payments made are non-refundable.

The information submitted by applicants to the organizer will only be used for review and analysis. At the same time, personal data provided will be dealt with pursuant to the provisions of the No. 8/2005 Personal Data Protection Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region. When Doubts emerge during the examination process, the information may be submitted to the competent authorities for verification or enquiry. The Applicant has the rights of information, access, and objection granted by laws, but exercising these rights requires a written application to the organizer.
